How we got here

We built the company we needed.

Marc spent twenty years inside SaaS sales orgs — selling, leading, coaching, watching too many promising hires stall at month four because nobody owned the ramp. Krutarth spent five years in sales and the last two pulling apart every AI tool he could get his hands on, convinced the next great sales teams would be small, sharp, and quietly augmented.

We met by being on the same side of the same problem from different angles. Hiring is broken. The work that should follow a placement almost never does. The founders we knew were drowning in the wrong work, and the outbound channel that used to scale a team had become a headcount tax nobody could afford.

Now blends sales leadership with executive coaching to help senior leaders and sales pros perform without losing themselves in the process. Works through his SHIFFT framework: direct when it matters, grounded always. Zero tolerance for burnout, high tolerance for honest conversations. That experience is what Marc brings to every brief — the questions a board asks in month six, asked in round one.
