TriForge was founded because we'd sat on every side of the table as founders, operators, hiring managers and candidates and kept seeing the same thing: great companies pouring everything into product, growth and innovation, only to be held back by the people, processes and systems meant to support them. We saw how hard it is to find the right people, support them well and build teams that actually perform. We also saw how often companies chase revenue before they've built the foundations to sustain it. So we built the partner we wished we'd had: one that combines hiring, coaching and technology to help businesses scale better, develop stronger teams and grow with intention.

Marc has worked inside high-growth environments at companies including LinkedIn, Headspace and Unmind, contributing across sales, talent and GTM teams during periods of rapid scaling.
Alongside his commercial experience, he has coached more than 200 professionals (mostly sales & leadership) and is ILM level 7 EMCC accredited, shaping how TriForge supports candidates long after placement.
He brings a performance-first perspective to every search — combining commercial understanding, hiring insight and coaching depth to help companies build teams that actually succeed.
