The things clients and candidates ask us most. Can't find what you need? Get in touch.
Our fee is a percentage of first-year base salary, invoiced on the candidate's start date. Standard 14-day payment terms. Zero upfront, zero retainers, no day-rate charges along the way.
Three months of structured coaching for the new hire — weekly sessions focused on real ramp milestones, deal review, stakeholder mapping, and the political shape of their new environment. It's not a leaflet of tips. It's a programme.
We send carefully matched candidates and back every placement with three months of structured coaching to maximise the chance of success. If a hire chooses to leave after starting, that's outside our control — we don't run free replacement searches. The coaching is the protection, not an open-ended guarantee.
The 3 months is free with every placement. After that, the hire can continue coaching on a subscription basis (£185/session, cancel anytime). Many do.
Mid-level roles: 2–4 weeks from brief to signed offer. Senior and executive: 4–8 weeks. We've run faster and slower searches; the determinant is usually the quality of the brief and the client's interview cadence.
We run a discovery call to understand your workflows, working style, and what you need an VA to own. We then propose one or two matched VAs with full profiles and video intros. If the fit isn't right, we match again at no charge.
A mix of UK and EU-timezone-aligned. We can match to specific geographies if your role has constraints (data residency, timezone overlap with a specific client base, etc.).
Month-to-month billing, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No annual lock-in. Annual plans are available if you prefer (they save $200/month).
Yes — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Asana, Monday, HubSpot, Calendly, Ramp, Expensify, and the usual stack. If you run something bespoke, we'll onboard the VA onto it as part of week one.
Yes. Move between plans (Essential/Growth/Elite) month to month. If you need a short-term spike — board week, offsite, investor round — we can temporarily upgrade for a single month.
Submit the early access form with context about your ICP and volume. We review applications weekly and prioritise clients where we're confident we can drive measurable outcomes.
Pilot pricing is bespoke — typically a fixed monthly fee during a 6-week pilot followed by performance-linked pricing if we continue. Early access clients get preferential rates post-pilot.
We're UK-based and GDPR-compliant. No prospect data or client data is used to train third-party models. Full DPA available on request before any pilot kicks off.
Native integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce. Email via Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. LinkedIn via official API surfaces where available. We add integrations based on pilot feedback.
TriForge is a London-headquartered recruitment company with three divisions: sales recruitment, virtual assistants, and the AI SDR agent. We were founded by people who'd been on both sides of hiring. Read more about us.

The contact form is the fastest route. Tell us what you're trying to solve and a real person replies within 24 hours.
Three things: three months of structured coaching that runs alongside every placement (most recruiters disappear at the offer), a deliberate focus on a small number of clients and candidates rather than high-volume churn, and founders with 25+ years selling who actually understand the roles we hire for.
